TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Very Important: All the passengers should bring any one of their original ID Cards provided by the GOVT.OF INDIA.(AADHAR card/driving license/ration card/pan card)if not carried the passenger should face all the consequences
2. Age limitations for senior citizens: Male-60 years completed / Female-58 years completed
3. All the passengers are advised not carry luggage more than 15kgs
4. Passengers are requested not to wear gold ornaments during the time of travel
5. All the passengers should pay the FULL amount 15days before the date of departure
6. If the passenger wants to discontinue in-between the tour passenger should bear all the expenses No refund on discontinuation of tour will be encouraged
7. In case of any inconvenience or natural calamities leading to cancellation or delay of trains, passengers should bear all the expenses
8. The company has its full rights at any circumstance to change the tour program even though when it is pre planned
9. With regard to festival seasons or any special occasions leading to unavailability of train tickets, it will be taken with connection points
10. The food supply will differ before or after during the time of travel, so the passengers travelling with children with diabetes are advised to have their emergency food items (like biscuits,snacks,etc.,) with them
11. In case of any suspensions/closures/special occasions/natural calamities the company has the full rights to skip the program and no alterations in attractions will be entertained
12. Passengers should bring: small bags /bed sheet/air pillow/torch light/lock/toilet kit/original id card and daily essentials like medicine etc.,
13. The tour will be confirmed only when minimum of 20 passengers are booked for the tour
14. If the passengers booked for the tour program is between 20 and 25 members, 20% of the tour amount will be charged extra per head

2. Minimum 6 passengers is required for the confirmation of the tour
3. All the tours are from chennai to chennai only,the passengers will be given the hotel and tour confirmation two days before the date of departure
4. Normal hotels will be provided for refresh and star hotels will be provided for the stay
5. The food will be provided as per the itinerary only other meals should be taken care by the passengers
6. The company has its full rights to change the tour program even though when it is pre planned

10. Hotel CHECK OUT time - 11.00 am
11. Passengers should have their breakfast before 9.00 am and dinner before 10.00 pm, If any delay customer should take care of the food expenses
12. SINGLE TRAVELLER: Booking will be accepted only after the sponsor letter is received from the passengers blood relation.
13. Single travellers are advised to choose single occupancy only otherwise they will be included in the tour only after the booking of another single passenger of the same gender
