Ticket
• Important: customers are requested to verify their name ,travel date, flight timings ,luggage details as soon as received in the up and down flight tickets
• All the tickets issued are blocking and online economy class tickets only. it is non refundable and no date changes are applicable
• Due to unavoidable reasons if scheduled flight got delay or cancelled customer has to bear all the expenses
Visa
• Must check: customers are requested to verify the visa details (name spelling/date of birth/passport number, Sex, Visa validity and Photo, Visa type)
• The company will assist and apply for the visa process but the company cannot guarantee any country’s visa approval
• The dates and granting of visa is at the sole discretion of the consulate/embassy. The company is not responsible for the granting of visas and is only a facilitator in the visa application process
• If the visa is rejected/waiting list/delayed the visa amount , the flight tickets cancellations hotel cancellations charges will be applicable for them also
• On arrival visa – passengers should carry passport size photos and show money as per their terms and conditions (depending on the country) with white background min. of 4 nos.
Passport
• Passport validity of minimum 12 months from the date of departure is required
• Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages
• Passport and other travel documents must be handled carefully and safely, it is at the own risk of the customer only. don’t miss it
• Passport missing – in case of missing passport the customer is wholly responsible for all the expenses such as FIR filings, embassy fees, local transports, stay extensions ,flight tickets, food etc.,
• The customers are advised to submit the original passports and other necessary documents without any hesitations that are required for the visa process
Tour & attractions
• Time keep up is very important in both GIT and FIT tours
• If the customer fails to keep up the time, the customer himself should make own arrangements to reach the next point /attraction
• If the customer has missed the attraction the attraction charges are not refundable
• The company will entertain only the attractions or entrance tickets mentioned in the tour programme /itinerary only
• In case of suspensions /closures of the attraction due to any circumstances the company has the full rights to skip the programme and no alterations in attractions will be entertained
• No outsiders such as relatives/ friends cannot participate in the tour programme usage of coaches /restaurants/stay is strictly prohibited
• Small breaks in between the tour by the customer such as visiting relative/friends house prior information should be given to the guide or the tour manager. customer has to join the tour again coordinating with the tour manager/Guide.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour
• Illegal activities /night life/pubs all are under the customers own risk only
Hotel
• International standard check in time – after 2.00 PMonly / Check out 12.00Noon
• For early check in the customers are advised to intimate and make payments and confirm for the same if necessary
• For late checkouts, the customer has to pay the bills in the hotel itself , company is not responsible
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred this security deposit is not included in the quote and must be paid by the guests /corporate directly to the hotel when checking in .we are not responsible for the security deposit
• Usage of chargeable commodities such as mini-fridge items (except water bottles and coffee sachets)telephone bills/laundry expenses /restaurant bills/bell boy tips are to be paid by the customer only
• Rules and regulations of the hotels should be strictly followed breakage of glass/stain in towels /missing items etc., will be charged
• The single travelers are advised to take single occupancy otherwise twin/triple sharing basis rooms will be provided. In Triple bed room, rolling extra bed will be provided, which is smaller than regular bed.
• In case of any inconvenience faced with the room partners the company cannot provide further arrangements
• Customers are advised not to miss/forget any valuable items in Hotel room during check out
Vehicle
• Full cooperation with the coach captain and tour manager/guide is very important
• The vehicle will be provided only for the programme specified in the itinerary only
• No in between stops will be encouraged during the time of travel
• Maintain cleanliness inside the coaches/vehicles, Drinks (except watear) and snacks not allowed inside the coach.
• Don’t keep/forget any valuable items in the coach, because coach will be changed for every transfer.
Restaurants
• The food will be provided as buffet/set menu depending on the number of passengers
• Both veg /non-veg restaurants or pure vegetarian restaurants will be provided
• The customer can enjoy the foods in the restaurant only food packing is not allowed.
• The foods will be arranged mostly in the Indian restaurants or in the local restaurants depending n the places
• All the breakfast are complimentary in the hotel
Tour price
• Tour prices are based on the itinerary and does not include GST charges/TCS /Guide charges
tour cost will differ based on online tickets,seasons,dollar fluctuations,any unspecified Govt.taxes
• The tour cost will differ from person to person depending on the availability of flight tickets, date of bookings ,addition of extra services
• The customer does not have any right to claim on the tour cost comparing with the other travelers participating in same tour
• Optional tours will be facilitated only if time permits with the additional cost
• If the tour manager is assigned for the particular tour ,tour manager charge will be additionally charged
FOREX:
• The customer should compulsorily carry a minimum of 200 USD per person.(depending on the countries)
• The customers are advised to exchange currencies only through proper licensed forex company to avoid fake currency, this service is also provided by our company itself for further details contact ------------
• Customers should not carry more than 5000 INR
• The customers should check the access for credit/debit cards with your bank branch manager
Insurance
• Travel insurance is compulsory for the travelers
• The cost of insurance will differ based on destinations /no.of days/age
• Insurance cost is not included in this tour price it is additional cost only

General
• Customers are advised to carry original travel documents while going to airport such as passport, visa, confirmation itineraries etc.,
• Customers should report to the airport 3 hours before the flight timings
• Due to any circumstances in discontinuing the tour The tour cost is wholly non refundable. The customer has to bear all the expenses Such as flight tickets , local transport , food etc.,
• Airlines /room upgradations and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified and paid for the same at the time of booking
• Guests are advised not to keep the valuables in the hotels/vehicles while sight seeing. the company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the hotels/vehicles if the hotel amenities/vehicles is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the guest he/she will be required to pay compensation for the same
• Any grievances or consumer notice against us will be attended only in Madurai jurisdiction
Refunds
• Refunds will be provided through bank A/C only
• Refund process will require minimum of 7 working days for A/C checking
Payments
• A Minimum of Rs.20000/- is required for booking confirmations or full payment can also be done
• Balance amount should be paid 20days before the date of departure
• The tour cost may increase in terms of dollar fluctuations or flight ticket increase
